This will have a 185,000 btu and can be used to heat a large home . This is a quality unit with aluminum fins and a copper inner tube. It has a 3 row pass system for better efficiency and longer life. The feed and return line is 1 inch but can be reduced or enlarged to fit your system. This item is NIB.
